the
way of
the florist
“More light, less water, less fertilizer.”
This was her “magnum opus,” her gift to me.
“More light, less water, less fertilizer.”
My king foo florist said, “that’s all everyone needs to know.”
What we all need is more light, less water, and less fertilizer.
The keys to flower, the keys to happiness, the keys to peace.
“More light, less water, less fertilizer.”
This is pure poetry.
“More light from God, less water from tears, and less fertilizer from problems.”
Her blackbelt husband said, “more light, less stuffing anything and everything into the hole, and less shit, but the flower needs the shit.”
This was like Lady and the Tramp, providing keys to the kingdom in six words.
“More light, less water, less fertilizer.”
The ultimate goal of human endeavor, more enlightenment, less dousing pain from firey darts, and less shit- bullshit (deception), dogshit (dogma), or chickenshit(fear) to name a few..
My kung foo florist, said “quit looking at the shit, eating shit, or worrying about shit, what you need is light.
Be proactive, not reactive, and if you want to evolve and make your garden thrive and be full of flowers, follow the advice: get more light on everywhere, don’t over water, and avoid too much shit and anything toxic in your garden.”
Her husband said, “keep sowing the right kinds of seeds into your internal and external gardens, and focus on the good things that grow inside.” He said, “your main power is your power to choose what you will attend to and it will grow. “
My kung foo florist said, “flower and grow flowers.
Grow where your planted, and Grow what you love. You deserve that freedom.”
I have loved roses, lillies, daiseys, and lots of others, and I have watched them get trampled, die, and get eaten.
The amazing thing is they just keep growing back, but sometimes only with “more light, less water, and less fertilizer.
This is the way of the Florist.
