anguise

Find your Anguish.

The Anguish of Love

The Anguish of Grief

The Anguish of Desire

The Anguish of Hunger and Pain

You aren’t fully aware, until you experience and own your Anguish.

Find your pieces and parts in Anguish, and give them relief by connecting in body and soul.

Sit with them, as you would a “wounded child” in overwhelm at limits of perception

“Unify.”

Feel and embrace that inner self, even the younger self, pieces or parts of you, hurting in pain, and needing clarity, connection, unification, reconciliation, appreciation and honor…

They need an invitation to come “home” to the round table, to be seen and heard

“United.”

If you can stay together long enough, sometimes, to be seen, heard, and owned is enough…

The child will take comfort, and it will be enough for you to own those pieces and parts, as pieces and parts of you- embrace them, comfort them, honor them for battle.

Every day we had, every part we played, every strong defense we made, every battle we lost,  all are part of yOur story-“history of mystery as to what was the lesson or point of passage.”

Point taken, faith shaken, Anguish, fear and pain, abide inside, until we see it, and relieve it, through acceptance and in appreciation of lessons learned, Grace and Love unearned.

“There are stranger things in heaven and earth than all of our imaginings.”

“All the World’s a Stage, and we are but ad-lib actors upon it.”

Our ego is not always our amigo, and Anguish is the knot tied at the end of a tight rope ego wants to tighten.

Yet light abides in the Anguish, as an inner child abandoned in the dark, needing to be seen and united with ego, so one can be unified, yogic, and improve health.

Bring yourself together in Yoga:  “Anguish and Love” work together for Character Evolution.

Learn to be Whole, Kind, Compassionate- Loving with all of your self- parent, adult, child…

Even Anguish, and the parts you cannot see, that are still in their flow of becoming parts of One.
