i am able

I am Able.

I am a child of God.

I am safe and secure, loved and belong.

I hold myself able to be proactive and responsive.

I hold myself able to be gentle and true, resonant and radiant.

I am Able.

I am an instrument of choice and change.

I am integrated and connected, living and breathing.

I hold myself able to live free and clear, show up and speak my truth quietly.

I hold myself able to defend myself without hurting anyone, and to keep my integrity.

I am Able.

I am graceful and supple, nimble and reliant.

I hold myself able to give and receive love, nurture health, and flow life and breath.

I hold myself able to stand my ground and hold my space, while I respect and dance with you.

I hold myself able to yield and sway, rest and play, follow my call, hear them all, and chose my steps, and accept consequences.

I am Able.

I am humble and old, young and bold.

I am sweet and true, blessed and cursed, strong and surrendering.

I hold myself able to discern that “difference” is always just a matter of perspective, and to learn that difference does not mean disaster, that everyone has a master which is a matter of their choosing.  “The mind is a wonderful servant, but a terrible master.”  We all need help with evolution of perspectives and juggling priorities based upon values and attitudes in flow.

I hold myself able to keep the lesson and lose the judgment, to suspend time and hold space like an array of light or matter.

I am Able.

I am working and resting, uniting and digesting.

I am able to perform and rest in concert with everyone and everything, and to love and evolve.

I am able to spin and revolve, and while taking myself lightly, enjoy myself and others in potential and flow.

I hold you able to be the same or different , in grit and grace, and in ebb and flow through dis-ease and ease, ebb and flow.

I hold you able to do the same as I do, to live, work, love and play, and to die, fail, and treat all those teachers just the same, humbly and in gratitude.

I aim to create ease, and breathe that spirit of love and life gladly, while aiming for health.

I will tend my “Relationship Gardens,” within all my being, between my self and others, in the World, and with God.

I am Able, and I hold you Able, even if  we need to wait for God and Grace.

In, with, and through Love, we will be Able.
